Critiques
My next concern is the snout. While I can tell it's a dragon, the muzzle seems to be rather bent. It must be where the line ends to the right of the nostril. It goes straight down instead on more of a curve.
Horns are a tricky thing to draw. You sure have the angles down cold. However, one thing to remember when placing them on the upper face, they look most symmetrical when placed above the eyes.
One more improvement involves the wings. While the foreground one is well-drawn, the background wing appears to be more of a shadow than another wing. I suggest drawing it a more out from behind the front wing. Especially, given the angle the whole dragon is drawn at.
The colors are nice and solid. Scaly green mixed with airy blue wings imply an avid flyer, which many dragons are.
